
Mollie Whitehead has been practicing law in Chicago, Illinois since 2007. She focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, Guardianships and Medicaid Planning and Applications. Mollie has represented clients in Cook County Circuit Court as well as Lake County, Kane County, and DuPage County. Mollie is a regular speaker for continuing legal education courses on estate planning, Medicaid planning and estates & trusts. Mollie is a member of the Probate Practice Committee, Elder Law Committee, and Trust Committee of the Chicago Bar Association. She was a chair of the Serving Our Seniors committee of the CBA from 2016-2018. Mollie is a co-chair of the Women's Innovative Networking group. She volunteers with the Center for Disability and Elder Law to create Powers of Attorney for low income seniors and she has been a volunteer with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services since 2009. Mollie earned her B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University and graduated magnum cum laude and with honors. She earned her Juris Doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. where she was a Dean's Fellow. Mollie resides in Chicago, Illinois with her husband and two children.
